The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, commonly known as the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), is a department of the Secretariat of the United Nations that works to promote and protect the human rights that are guaranteed under international law and stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. The office was established by the UN General Assembly on 20 December 1993 in the wake of the 1993 World Conference on Human Rights.
In that committee we are going to open a dark box . The topic which is locating in that box is extraordinary and summary or arbitary executions. The problem is like a dark box because it has lots of relations between lots of different topics and and it makes that situation more complex. How can we ? Because we have eyes , ears all around the world ; journalists . And they are responsible for being our senses at all around the world. But sometimes their rights violating becouse of diffrent reasons and we are going to work upon that issues and we are going to discuss upon especially journalst’s rights during the war area .
